Now that you were standing there in front of her instead of running around towards her or away from her, you could appreciate for a couple seconds how intimidating Emma looked, a complete contrast with how you saw her before waking up as a tiny, a pretty chill petite woman that you wouldn't mind getting to know better in more ways than one. Now? Now she was a towering Goddess advancing so quickly with steps that could easily erase your existence, despite being just 4'1'', despite being there in her comfortable white shirt and pink shorts she probably used for bed, along with old white socks and the battered sneakers she must have put on in a hurry before deciding to check up on you.
"Fuck, I have to do it" You realized right on time that thanks to those couple of seconds being enhanced by the image of Emma getting closer to you, you never made a real decision. Acting on instinct, the moment she stopped to open your door with a loud annoying noise you ran and jumped on her right sneaker, managing to make a good enough jump to grab one of the shoelaces and with it, pull your self up on record time as if you were back then on those P.E. classes.
When you reached the top you noticed how tired you were after the whole ordeal, but fortunately the merciful giantess decided to gave her phone a last check before going her way so you had the needed extra time to secure your body against the laces. Breathing with relief, you now marveled yourself at how surreal it all was, how you climbed up a shoelace and your weight didn't affect it at all, how you could feel tiny tremors under you even if you were quite sure Emma wasn't moving her foot yet at all, how from this new perspective your petite neighbor hardly looked human, and seemed more like a huge monument whose shape stopped making sense to you after beyond the upper part of the giant pillar you attached yourself on.
And then the ride started. A single step to get to the other side of the door as she left your house already made you dizzy and a bit scared, making you look to both sides for support, hold tighter onto the laces, notice the sky suddenly change colors in a way you were struggling to process. But despite it all you knew this was the right decision, how would you survive alone in your big house? You weren't expecting any guests, and everything was out of your reach. The air currents, the temperature change you could feel now that you were outside, told your body that you wouldn't have lasted long if you decided to make the trip on your own either.
As Emma made the few steps needed to reach her door, you could get slightly used to the trip on her sneaker, now that the vertigo and weightlessness had some sort of rhythm to it. It wasn't enough to allow you to think what to do next, you only had to hope that Emma would be easier to contact once you were on her apartment.
What happens next?
