Tom was the unluckiest person in the world, by an unlikely event Tom was hit by a cosmic radioactive radiation, which would shrink him smaller and smaller. First chapter:

Tom and Alicia had been neighbors and friends since childhood, they were both the same age and they did everything together. They trusted each other, were safe with each other. Tom had a crush on Alicia, but had been too cowardly to dare admit it to her. Tom thought she was innocently beautiful. Alicia had an attractive personality, friendly, smart and funny.

In her teens, Alicia and her family moved to a new city, far away. Alicia and Tom completely lost touch. Tom was tormented by their separation.
