Okay, how else do you want to do this?
1) The opposite of L.Wood's idea- losing affection with a girl causes her chest to grow! Is this a good thing, or a bad thing?
2) A spin on the default wish- You start the game like normal with a bunch of bustier heroines... except forgot to wish for the story/world to be altered around your 'bust-up' wish! In other words, to put things bluntly... the same morning you enter the game world, each heroine is going to wake up way bustier than normal, and will be fully aware that they've suddenly experienced one hell of a growth spurt! Man, Izumi's... Izumi's going to flip out!
3) Other ideas for this same wish (I'm not going to drag this out much longer)
