She had locked the room before hand, and since place has no cameras, good. You took the chance to unshrink yourself to normal and began hacking into the Manager's computer.

Well you call it hacking, but all you did was retype the password the Manager typed before while you were in the vents spying. The data for your package is on the registry in one of the public files, you copy and pasted it into your USB drive.

It takes a while to actually transfer their copy...
