The dungeon as one expected, is bloody, filled with corpses both human and monsters and of that isn't terrible enough; a large female human with a black hood fabric covering her face roams around the area, she has this blade that seems to resemble a medieval guillotine. Her clothes are almost nude-like, as a single loincloth covers her crotch. Rugsacks tied to her feet act as shoes. The only thing covering her bare chest are skulls. Literal skulls tied to form a bra. 

They seem to be lit, shining a light to her direction.

You hide away from this monster and try to proceed to explore the room.
