Narmaya is a woman who has devoted herself to the mastery of swordsmanship, for no other reason than that it felt natural to her. Having compared herself her whole life to the strongest samurai in all the skies in her desire to make him notice her, for the longest time she had no concept of just how strong she is compared to anyone else. This lack of self-worth is something that she struggles with to this day.

She is gentle and nurturing in nature, tending to hide her sadness by overworking so that she doesn't have to think about it. And whenever she does get attached to someone, that attachment is strong.
