Charlotta Fenia is the captain of the Lumiel Order of Holy Knights in the titular holy kingdom. She was inspired to enlist after being saved by one of their knights when she was younger, and has devoted herself to the cause ever since.

Despite of her limitations as a Harvin, she excelled in her duties as a knight and has reached the status of a captain before the age of 25. And despite of her success, she is still plagued by an inferiority complex based on her height and continues her search for ways to grow taller. Her prowess and immaturity both continue to drive her forward on her journey.
