Clarisse hails from a long bloodline of alchemists who specialize in alchemical decomposition. It was obvious from an early age that she was a natural-born genius when it came to mastering this discipline... but thanks to her utter lack of talent when it comes to actually studying things, it is consequently the only form of alchemy that she knows.

She accepted the mission from her parents to find and kill Cagliostro, the founder of alchemy and their ancestor, just to use it as an excuse to get away from them and live her life her own way: the fun way. Adding insult to injury, she has since then began developing her alchemical skills under the very same person she promised to exterminate.
