The Lung Way Down Escape from Giantess Dungeon! chapter 6 by SuperKirby

Just before you can escape the cramped tunnel of Olibe's esophagus and make it out through her mouth, you hear the one sound you'd hoped NOT to:

GLK-!

With another hard swallow, the goblin rogue manages to thwart your efforts once more. Except this time, it sounds a touch more awkward than the initial gulp. Another series of irritated coughs follows as you slide back down into the sloshing, acidic depths of Olibe. With a rough THUD, you make an uncomfortable landing on the organic floor of your prison. Strangely enough, there's not a drop of acid in here. No liquid of any sort - nothing but breathable air...

Wait a minute.

Your knowledge of goblin anatomy, however limited it may be, leads you to assume that Olibe must have accidentally swallowed you down the wrong pipe. In other words, you're not in her stomach now; you've landed in one of her lungs! It's difficult to tell whether you're in her left or right lung, and it may be even harder to get out of here! You might go hungry if you're forced to wait much longer, but at least you won't suffocate for a while.

Taking a deep breath of some of the available oxygen, you begin pondering an escape plan. Maybe you could try to fly back up again? Or pound the walls of your new prison? Perhaps you could even seek an exit through another part of your host's body?
