Nope! You're not going to Olibe's intestines and leaving her digestive tract the way nature intended, no matter how pleasant the goblin rogue may attempt to make it for you. Accepting death by stomach acid is another obvious 'no', and thus you are left with only one method to get out of here...

The way you came in - to put it simply, your plan is to fly up Olibe's throat and out her mouth, then...well, you'll figure out next steps later. But escaping this gastric nightmare comes first!

Fluttering up to the top of the organic chamber, you find the esophageal sphincter closed too tight for you to fit through. Fairies aren't exactly known for their physical strength, but thankfully you possess more than enough pixie dust to effectively 'will' the sphincter open. And wish it open you do! Now that the way is good and open, you fly upward through the opening...

...only to discover that your host's gullet is still a bit snug, even for someone as small as you. Despite the cramped thinness of the throat, you manage to fit in here, if only barely. Not long after you begin your rather slow climb up this uncomfortable tunnel, you feel slight movement from outside!

"Ack..!" Olibe coughs, placing a hand to her chest. "Did that fairy make me sick or somethin'? 'Ey, if ya can hear me in there...quit wigglin' and go back down where you belong! I told ya, you're not comin' back out the way ya came in!" The goblin hacks and wheezes some more as she feels you trying to escape.

Another minute or so into your trek, you swear you can see the light of the outside world. Even with Olibe trying to send you back down to her tummy, you feel like you're almost going to make it out...
