Plight at the end of the tunnel
Escape from Giantess Dungeon!

As you and your fellow escapee continue following the supposedly-sentient ball of flame through the otherwise-lightless tunnel, you consider asking Ilbien how exactly she ended up imprisoned in this elaborate dungeon. Shouldn’t she have been able to magically blow up the walls, or teleport away to freedom, or something? But you decide against it, not wanting to face her judgment (or her wrath). In a matter of time, the light dies down a little, and a new and very solid problem presents itself…
It seems that you and Ilbien have hit a dead end!
“But that’s…that’s impossible…” Ilbien mutters, beginning to show the first signs of panic. “This tunnel should have led us out of the labyrinth, but we…I…did I misspeak the incantation? Am I running low on mana again..? Is this dungeon really…where we’ll spend…the rest of our lives?!”
Filled with despair and starting to break down, Ilbien now has her hands to her face. Although you haven’t really gotten to know this mage for long, you can’t help but feel a strong urge to snap her out of this funk. The question is, how?
Perhaps you could encourage Ilbien to channel her power again and open another pathway? Or maybe you could try to break the obstruction yourself? If all else fails, you could go for the old ‘slap to the face’ routine and hope she just returns to her senses…
