Chapter 9
You turn and and head back up the hotel lobby entrance to the lobby, finally finding your balance in a pair of reasonable shoes (even if they were heeled just enough to still make you feel uncomfortable in them). You take step after largely not confident step, trying to distract your brain by saying to yourself 'The sooner I get started, the sooner I can get back to normal'.
After a few moments of walking you exit out of the brightly lit hallway and back you in to the reception area, your eyes scanning the small area for Ruby's obese form...Only to shee a large anthropomorphic pig woman standing at the desk as she signs in another visitor, a handsome woman who seems to have already partaken in the Resorts transformation fun as gill slits open and close on her neck, and as Ruby hands her a key to her room, you can see the guest's hands are webbing together. With an excahnge of pleasantries, the woman leaves and Ruby goes about her business, checking the files in the computer, still unaware of your presence.
"Ahem" You say, and Ruby leaps a foot into the air with a loud, panicked squel before she turns to face you, her face dominated by a massive upturned nose and beady little eyes. After a moment to catch her breath, her saggy, massive breasts heaving in surprise, she gives you a grin.
"I see you chose the Hotel division. We're gonna have a lot of fun together today!" Ruby says, rubbing her finger=like hooves together in a way that just makes you feel uneasy.
"Uh, yes, RIch said to come get you? That you're my super-" You try to explain, but Ruby cuts you off.
"Yes, I get to train the new people. For today, I'm gonna start you here at the desk. I'll show you the computer, how to work it, as well as deal with guests. Any questions?"
For a moment your mind goes blank, but then suddenly your mind plucks something from out of the airand shove it into your mooth.
"Yeah, just one..."
