Zoe comes to a decision and says "I am done with you.  I don't care what you do but you broke my heart and we are done.  You can find your own way home."  She picks Jack up and carries him to the front door.  She carries him down to where her house's walkway meets the sidewalk and sets him down.

"You made this mess of things" she tells him "and now you can figure out your own solution."    Jack pleads with her "But a cat might eat me or who know what will find me out here.  It will take me at least a week to walk home and I'm naked."  Zoe is already walking back in to the house and says "Don't care.  We're done."

Jack is shocked about how badly that all went.  She could have at least called Lydia.  What a bad idea all of this was.  It's quiet out and he makes his way down the sidewalk hoping he might find help along the way.   As he is passing the next house, he sees the neighbor come walking down her path to put something in her mailbox.  It's Zoe's next door neighbor Heather.  He remember Zoe mentioning her as a rich divorcee but not much else.  He guesses she is in her late twenties or early thirties.  Maybe she would help him.  He knows at this size he has little chance of surviving the walk to his or Lydia's house.
