The waitress really didn't want to get mixed up in any of this drama and this little guy did belong to the girl that she was waiting on it only made sense that she return him to her.   Without a word she drops Jack in her apron and went back up to the dining room to the table Zoe and Jacki are sitting at.

She deposits Jack on the table in front of Zoe as she says "I accidentally took your little guy when I cleared the table.  Sorry about that."  Zoe picked Jack up and replied to the waitress "Thanks.  We were so busy talking, I didn't even notice he was gone.  Appreciate the help."

The waitress left and Jack looks at her as she departs quite unhappy that she didn't help him.  Zoe turned her attention to Jack and says "I bet you thought she was going to help you.  We come in here all the time and she knows who we are.  That girl wasn't going to steal anything that belongs to me.  Anyway I promised Jacki that you'd give her a foot massage so we are going to go hang over at her place for a while. :  She opens her bag and drops Jack in saying "No get some rest cause you'll need it."

She snapped it shut leaving Jack in darkness again.

They finished up at the restaurant and then went shopping for a while as Jack worried about having to spend more time with Jacki.  Time passes before he is dumped out onto a cluttered table.  He looks around and sees they are in Jacki's apartment which is a small one bedroom unit with a combination living room/kitchen.  He also sees Jacki smiling down at him and he knows she is up to no good while Zoe is look at her phone.  Jacki says "Oh, I got something for you." and you see her produce a joint and shows it to Zoe.  "Want to get high?" she says as they sit down at the table.  

Jacki takes a lighter and flicks it waving the flame near Jack.  "Better watch out, little guy.  I might mistake you for a joint and light you up." and they both laugh at the joke.   They both take a hit and then Jacki picks Jack up and hold him in front of her face.  "Just to prove no hard feelings about the coke, I'll share my weed with you and she takes a big hit.  When she exhales she blows a cloud in his face making you cough.

Zoe says "Let me try" and takes Jack from her.  Zoe takes a hit and shoves Jack in her mouth amid the hot smoke making him cough more.  Jacki laughs "What a lightweight."  and she takes another hit and blows it at you again.  This continues until they are done and you can already feel the effects of the weed.  

When they finish Jacki says "Now I need that foot massage you promised me.  I have some lotion he can rub into the sole of my feet.  I'll go get what we need from the bathroom."  She gets up and Zoe says ...
