"Yikes! I'm really that small?" Jaune reflected, and sighed. "I can't believe I said yikes. But more to the point, I have to figure out a way to undo this! And, I guess, figure out how I shrunk in the first place..."

Jaune was going to need to find help, not only to keep him safe and help him unshrink, but also, as he would soon discover, just to get around. He estimated that it took him nearly an hour just to reach the end of the hallway. If he was going to find help before sunset, he'd need to decide just exactly where he was going in the first place.

He weighed his options, going through the list of people he knew.

Pyrrha was his teammate and partner, as well as a good friend. Calm, brilliantly smart, and exceedingly gentle, she seemed like a prime choice to help him out. But if he went back to the JNPR dorm where he and her lived, he might also run into...

Nora was his teammate too, though, but she was far more spontaneous and excitable. He wasn't sure how she would react to finding him shrunken down; part of him hoped that she would be able to focus and help him out if she happened to find him, but another part told him that she would probably take advantage of the situation first. This is all assuming she even notices him - she wasn't always the most observant teammate. One wrong step could mean being flattened to her sole.

He could go to the RWBY dorm instead. Team RWBY was practically a sister team to JNPR, and he had a rapport with all the women on the team there.

Ruby was the first friend he made at Beacon, and was the leader of team RWBY. She was smart and caring, but also maybe a little reckless and excitable. She'd be helpful too, but...

Weiss, meanwhile, was very smart and capable, though their relationship was... icy. Their first few months at Beacon, Jaune had tried to romance Weiss, much to her constant annoyance. And while Jaune had held back since then, Weiss still wasn't too fond of him.

Yang was Ruby's big sister, and always a great person to have around for any situation - whether you needed a friend or needed to hit something. She was always chummy with Jaune, though not always the most gentle (her bearhug once broke on of his ribs). Plus, she wasn't often one to take situations seriously, or at least she never showed it. He was sure she would help, but he wasn't sure he wanted her kind of help.

Blake was the wildcard. She was the one that Jaune knew the least about, but in fairness that was her reputation with a lot of people. She was dark and mysterious, and he wasn't sure if it was because she was shy or just didn't like people too much. But the rest of team RWbY touted her as a very kind and gentle person (once you get to know her), so she might have even been one of the better choices.

Of course, Jaune could also choose to just wander around and pray that any random person sees him. It might be faster than trekking all the way to the JNPR or RWBY dorms. Besides, who doesn't like meeting new people? (Jaune, especially when those new people are big enough to crush him with their pinkies)
