Billy was stunned. Everything was huge. His moment of paralysis was ended when the alarm went off. The awful BUUUUZZZZZ was ended by a giant appendage reaching out form beyond the bed’s edge and SLAMBING down on it. There was a sound of a large monstrous creature and the whole bed frame creaked and groaned like a building about to cave in on itself.
Billy backed away from the bed and as he got farther away he saw just over its top the giant mountain move and fall away. His mom sat up. Her head now visible and her arms stretching up like construction cranes. The covers that had blanked the bed like a snow cap were thrown away and Billy saw two massive legs like redwood trees fall over the side and hit the ground in a THUNK, THUNK. Realizing he was now in the direct line of sight if he mother looked down Billy made a mad dash to get under the bed where he might be safe and out of sight.
Billy took off at a sprint but hadn’t counted on his shirt and boxers, which were now 4 times their original size on him catching the wind and slowing him down. He almost made it but the leg he was running past suddenly moved and clipped him. It was like getting side swiped by a car. Billy’s whole direction of travel was altered and he went rolling.
Above Patricia sat up in bed. Still keeping her eyes closed she stretched and moved to sit up. Swinging her feet over the side she sat up and just hung there in that precious moment between alertness and sleep. She slumped over, her breasts straining against the thin fabric of her nightgown. She leaned back and yawned stretching her feet out and rotating her ankles. She felt her joints popping as her body woke up reminding her she wasn’t 20 anymore…far from it.
Billy was flat on his face and looked to either side of him. There was what looked like a baje warn out shoe or something to his right but nothing to his left. He was about to get up when WUSH, Billy dropped back to the floor as something large and heavy went through the air so close that he felt its passing. Billy’s brain hadn’t caught on yet but he did what came too easy to people when confronted with the unimaginable, he stayed put and tried not to move. The giant shoe was suddenly smashed flat as a foot the size of a doge caravan hit it from above. In shocked awe Billy watched massive foot rise and land on the shoe again then back up and insert itself into the fabric sheet that covered the top.
Billy watched in bizarre fascination that he was oblivious to the shadow falling over him…CRASH! Billy was flattened into the carpet. Billy didn’t have a change to think as all the air was PRESSED out of him and his head crushed against the floor. Suddenly it was gone and Billy tried to breath but couldn’t as the wind had been knocked out of him. BOOM! Billy was hit in the head by something big and was flipped over. Dazed, Billy rolled over back onto his front when he was again FLATTENED by a giant force that was squeezing him between it and the floor.
BILLY choked in a gasp of air when the massive weight got off of him but it was short lived. He was struck from behind and face planted. He felt the weight pressing him down while it invaded his now supper oversized T-SHIRT. Even at its altered size it stretched and fibers snapped as the massive car sized object forced its way in between it and the human being beneath it. Billy’s arms were splayed out as the shirt grew tight around his pulling him into the mass as much as it pushed him down into the floor. He was choking, but all of that was minimal discomfort compared to when the weight was suddenly increased. There could be no resistance as all the air was pressed form his body and his ribs bowed inward. Billy saw spots.
Patricia opened here eyes and looked ahead blearily into the dimly lit room. Friday morning. Time to get up. She felt around for her slippers. The old foot ware was right next to her bed and after years of habit she could find them without looking. Immediately her left foot found one. Stepping on it she figured out its orientation and got her foot inside, nice, comfy and familiar. Her right foot felt around and found the slipper’s partner when she stepped down on it…there is was. She could immediately tell it was turned around sow she used her toe to flip it over and then put it on, sliding her right foot up into the warn cloth strap. Lurching forward Patricia stood up.
Billy was on the verge of passing out when suddenly he was violently yanked up and swung through the air. It was a moment where his lungs inflated on instinct and awareness came back into him but it was only just a moment. The floor flew up to meet him WACK! Billy hit the ground with overwhelming force and the weight crushed him again. It grew more intense along his legs then evened out on his back, forcing any air left out and flattening him then rolled on to press down on his shoulders and head then WUSH he was swung up again for the cycle to repeat. WAMB, CRUSH, WUSH, WAMB, CRUSH, WUSH...
Patricia had no idea that her old, comfortable, right slipper was her only son, her little man, as she liked to call him. With each step she trampled her boy into the carpeted floor, violently suffocating him and rolling over him as she casually took step after step.
