"Jess where are you? the gang is all here already :)"

"Be there in 2 mins. Sorry mom needed something urgent" You text back, happy that everyone was able to make it. You pocket your phone and look at that expensive bottle of tequila that Rachel said she loved, the real reason you are late to the party you helped organize. You were unable to get a better price but it didn't matter, it's Rachel's special night and it deserves a special surprise. You even had your mother covering for you just in case, the only way you would find some time away from your bestie to give her an extra gift.

"I hope it tastes as good as she claims.. whoa, what was that?" you think to yourself when you feel a weird pressure in your stomach, it feels like a cramp but not really, and despite not being intense enough to make you moan in pain, it's persistent enough to start making you feel a bit dizzy, and it isn't going away.

"Come on, not today.. ugh" Your head starts spinning as you arrive right in front of Rachel's house and you curse your luck, this was Rachel's party and you wanted everything to be perfect, not having to worry her about whatever this was. You were about to ring the bell but decide to take a breather, leaving the bottle on the floor and laying next to the wall, closing your eyes, massaging your temples like you saw your mom doing sometimes and trying to think of what did you do to get sick, if it was something you eat, if it was a bug biting you, but nothing came to mind.

"Ahh" you sigh as to your relief it works, you feel a last kind of cramp that comes with a weird sensation of vertigo and finally the pain seems to subside, but when you open your eyes the shock is so much it makes you miss the unfamiliar sensations in your body.

"Where the hell am I?" You ask yourself not registering anything familiar about your environment, instead of the street and door you have known for years now you are in some gray and dusty wasteland, next to a yellow mountain and where everything seems so far away you can't make out any details on what is in front of you. And yet the air, the colors, a lot of things look like you've been there before. Not knowing what else to do you walk forward a bit, until a crack in the floor that looks unsurmountable to you makes you turn back.

"How will I explain this to Rach, ugh" you check out your phone but of course, in this alien environment you aren't getting any signal. "I got sick or something and now I am lost, I will arrive as soon as I can" you send the excuse anyway, and looking up you see something on the horizon, it's like a mountain with quite a weird shape and color, it's not gray or green like you would expect but.. white and blue? and the way it looks like a spike above the floor instead of having a wide base or something like that.

"Ahhh, what is going on!" You freak out when you get closer and recognize the mountain, and everything around you. The mountain is none other than the bottle you left on the floor, and the gray wasteland IS the pavement in front of Rachel's house. The yellow mountain is just the wall, and in the distance you can see where it morphs into the front door, blurry like everything else, but it is unmistakably the entrance to Rachel's house. You now look at yourself, trying to process how on earth this happened, how those cramps suddenly made you so minuscule, tiny enough to see the tequila bottle as a mountain, tiny enough to be able to squeeze on the gap under the door.

Your only hope breaks down as you look at the phone again and notice it has no signal at all and the message to Rachel was never sent, so you have to think about what to do. Your home is so far away you couldn't even recognize it, your best hope was to squeeze under the door and try to get help, or wait for someone to open the door and notice the bottle you left there and hopefully, notice you too.
