Since it sounded like Twilight might have some sort of sinus infection, you decided to enter through her nose. Since she wasn't going to here you, you tried signaling the giant princess on where you want to check out as you pointed to your nose.
"If I'm looking at this correctly, you want to enter through my nose?" Twilight asked. "I'll try to breath from my mouth so it won't be an obstruction to you. Twilight then moved her hoof closer to her snout, allowing you to enter. This was it! You were going to cure Twilight's illness without seeing a doctor! You then proceeded towards her left nasal cavity and entered inside.
"Be careful, Anon." Twilight said.
You slowly walked deeper into her nose. Not like you had a chose, her entire nose was completely blocked by mucus, making the ground below you sticky and wet. The virus wasn't going to be near the entrance. It was likely Twilight had inhaled it deeper within. You continued walking your way deeper into the cave as her immune system went into overdrive. You could see small particles either stuck or being absorb by her mucus, trying to stop any intruder from entering further, but not you. You had a mission to fulfill! You continued on while still admiring the interior of your friend.
Suddenly, you spotted something up ahead. It looked like a frilly looking....ball? That's the virus.
"Hey! Why don't you infect someone your own size!" You yelled out. The virus didn't even respond as it continued find a way to latch onto her body. Quickly, you charged at it and punched it right in the face....probably? It seemed affective as the virus was launched backward. However, this would soon be a mistake as you watched it slowly descend towards the back of her throat!
You quickly gave chase and quickly grabbed it. You then realized that you didn't think this one through as you began to fall down towards her throat! You tried to killing the virus, but it's surface was too strong for you. Your only option now was to let fate decide on how you'll defeat this threat. It was either down her esophagus and into her stomach, or down her lurex and into her lungs.
What happens now?
A: Twilight inhales, sending you both into her lungs
B: Twilight swallows, sending you both into her stomach
C: Twilights begins to cough, sending you onto her tongue.
