"What's this thing?" Amy said as she locked her huge light green eyes on you. She grabbed you by your back so there was very little you could do to escape her grip, your best efforts amounted to moving your arms and legs as fast as you could to hopefully slip from her grasp. It was tiring, but the look the giant female hedgehog was giving you discouraged you from stopping. You could tell she didn't really know what you were, and the way she was frowning only meant...

"Ewww, a weird bug!" Her hand instantly launched you away from her, propulsing you with force even if all she did was taking away her hand with a disgusted expression on her face. You would have felt a bit offended if it wasn't for the fact that you were busy shouting and praying you still landed on the bed

"Ew! Ew! Eww!" Amy looked at her hand with disgust and quickly retreated, probably to wash her "tainted" hand after grabbing you. Meanwhile, you were lucky enough to land softly on the bed but quickly understood you wouldn't be reasoning with her anytime soon. You were familiar with the Sonic characters and were familiar with two traits from Amy that worked against your current predicament, her girly girl attitude despite how energetic and strong she can be, and the exaggerated way she deals with things she doesn't like. And it was clear she didn't like the "weird bug" that you were.

You quickly took advantage of her absence and started climbing down the sheets, hoping you could hide under the bed and from there, to somewhere safer until someone else came or you found a way to make Amy see you were not a bug but a human. It took you a couple of minutes to finally touch the floor and another couple to run towards the corner of the bed, just next to one of the wooden headboard legs.

After another minute to catch your breath, you now wondered if Amy found something else to do because it didn't look like she was coming back, and you wondered if now was the time to leave this dark place and try to find something that didn't have the risk of actual bugs getting near you and probably killing you. You didn't know what to do, should you move? wait a bit more? What if you were in the middle of finding a safer place and Amy suddenly came back?
