You pass up Amy's underwear and run over to the toilet paper, starting to climb it right away. It's difficult to climb, but it's doable.
Meanwhile right next to you the giant Amy Rose closes her eyes and grunts. She looks like she's having a really hard time over there. She grunts and squeezes, and eventually you hear another plop in the toilet. Amy opens her eyes and relaxes a bit.
By this time you've reached the top of the toilet paper and are about to climb off. Amy then reaches for a piece of toilet paper!
