Despite the enormous weight resting on top of you, you resisted the urge to try to escape. It was a miracle the titaness hadn't felt you yet. If she did, the slightest twitch of her foot might be enough to completely annihilate you within her slipper. No, getting her attention was the last thing you needed right now.

Your stomach dropped as the massive creature took her first step. Suddenly, all the weight lifted off of you and you soared through the air. The pressure faded. Greedily, you sucked in the air, its lavender scent making your eyes water. Down here, under her foot, it was so much stronger than before...
The relief came to a crushing end as her foot connected with the ground again. Your eardrums rang from the explosive impact a single step of her made. Thankfully, the slippers muffled the noise somewhat. Otherwise, you might have gone deaf right here. However, you couldn't really appreciate this small blessing, as the ball of her foot ground you even deeper into the sole, making your muscles scream with panic. A moment later, you were soaring again... and the next step was even more brutal. You gritted your teeth. All you could do was hope that your body didn't break.

Twilight, completely unaware, descended the spiral stair case of her house-library hybrid. Spike, her little dragon companion, was already up and as usual, had taken care of breakfast. The delicious smell of pancakes wafted through the air.
"Morning, Spike!" she shouted through the room, a smile on her face.
"Morning, Twilight!" Spike returned her greeting. Just as she sat down at the table, he turned, two plates stacked with pancakes, a fat helping of syrup on both of them. At last, you had a break from her apocalyptic foot steps. Even though you had somehow gotten pushed further ahead, now only a few millimeters separating you from her toes, you basked in the relative calm. At least, nothing was broken...

"Oh wow! You're planning on something big, Spike?" Twilight blanched at the sheer amount of food before her.
"You're asking me?" The little dragon raised an eyebrow at her, giving her a questioning look. A chill ran through Twilight. Even you, buried underneath her sole, could feel the shiver.
"Don't tell me you forgot..." Spike said, a worried tone creeping into his voice. Twilight thought for a second. Then, a smile erupted over her face.

"Of course I didn't forget..."
