Celestia's tone was jovial and she had a mischievous glint in her eye as she spoke. "Since you seem to like it so much in my bosom, then, for now, that's where you shall remain, at least until the court is adjourned. Since you're new to this world it would be wise for you to stay close to me until we get you settled in, and that means..."
She trailed off, leaving the next words hanging in the air, though you're pretty sure you know where this is going, and that you're not going to like it.
That half glassy stare returned again and her tongue flicked out and moistened her lips, and her "lower" lips became moist as well from her lewd inner thoughts, though you obviously couldn't see that happening from your lofty perch on the wooden desk.
While it was true that she is a princess of Equestria, she was also a mare, and just like any other mare she had needs to be met.
Having a tiny companion to play around with was the secret dream of many a mare, someone to converse with when the nights get lonely, that and to send the tinies spelunking inside their lover's cave when the mood strikes.
It was enough to make a girl want to drool from both ends.
Of course, her kinder nature also reasoned that she was somewhat responsible for the human's safety and wanted to keep him close by so that he doesn't accidentally become lost or hurt, and the opportunity to learn about a new world full of new peoples would be one she would be loathe to miss. Especially if it offered her the chance to meet more of these little "humans."
