It seemed that the giantess had entered which seems to be a clothing shop of somekind, you were greeted by a large amount of women's clothing and dresses, some of these on sale which sort of surprised you and confused you since the first time you saw the giants, they were naked, barely wearing any clothes other than an apron; you sort of figured out that since humans' clothes were made as being byproduct on not having fur, those giants, having fur - thin as it is since is not noticeable from afar, making you initially believe that their skin was colorful. - clothes weren't needed in their society but here you were looking at a clothing store, seemly more dedicated for the female demography than mixed.
"Ahh, Mrs. Cake! What a pleasure to see you again." A giantess mare come in dressed in a rather revealing one-piece dress came about to your captoress, said giantess was also well endowed but not as does the blue mare you had impregnated. "It's good to see you around here!"
"Likewise, dearie." You hear her respond, you saw her looking around "It seems that you're doing great ever since my last visit here several months ago." The giantess giggles.
"Oh yes! Thank you for that, darling. It's always nice to have return customers come in for a chat." She says while giggling, which causes her own bust to bounce on their own. "So, how are the twins? I take it you want some clothing for them or maybe you want something for yourself?"
The blue giantess shook her head "Almost, I'm here for some more maternity clothes." She smiles at her "I gonna be a mom, again."
WHAT?!/"What?! Oh my goodness! Congratulation!" While the other mare fanned on the news, your mind on someplace, how? how did she know that she is pregnant? does she know that you did? You got a bad feeling about it. "You and your herd-husband are doing it again! But didn't you say that twins will be enough and they would quite handful as soon they are born?"
"Yeah but turns out that isn't that hard, they are pretty brilliant foals despite being a few months old." Mrs. Cake says in a fond tone "And I have a good feeling for this new stock coming up."
"I see, so how many?" the blue mare chuckles, her hand going to her slightly chub belly, rubbing it gently, almost expectantly.
"I don't know for certain but I know it's gonna be more than just twins, I have a hunch of it." Your eyes widen hearing that, just how long you were out of it? how much time happened between your little sortie within her womb and this? You were having a lot of questions but you were dreading one thing. One question that you dread to have it answered; Did the blue giantess know that you had impregnated her while in her womb? Did she know that she has 4 of your kids growing inside of her and not of her... husband...

"Oh shit! What I have done?!" You began to realize the grievous mistake, you did this to a married woman, a giant married woman-equivalent to be exact, engaged with an equally giant married guy-equivalent and if those two realized that their new children aren't from each other but you in a horny-lanced form of revenge, they gonna kill you, no question asked. You didn't realize that what you did was essentially confirming that crossbreeding between a normal human and a giant alien was possible in the worst way conceived in the form of petty revenge, one that might cost your life as soon a big human is born instead of a member of her species.
"Wow... You and your herd-husband has been very busy lately, I'm surprised, honestly." She sighed dreamily "I wish I had your luck on having a prolific stallion like yours by my side." the blue giantess laughed good-naturedly.
"Oh dearie, I'm sure you'll get your chance." She reassures "Say.. do you have anything on the stock, I had the feeling I gonna be going quite large in the coming months."
The store clerk mare then reveals.
