You turn still as a statue when you hear the giant yellow mare's voice. You take a deep breath when she talks again.
"There's no need to be frightened, little human. But could you tell me why you're so deep inside my body? Um... please?"
You let out a sigh at the fact that you've been caught; Fluttershy knows that you're in her brain.Lying to her would probably only make things much worse for you, so the only real option you have left is to come clean.
"Well, I'm mage who is very interested in pony anatomy. I used a portal I had made to make me appear in a random part of Equestria in a tiny size. I don't mean any harm, I'm just really interested and curious. I promise!" You pray that Fluttershy isn't mad about this.
"Oh, that does sound interesting. Well, as long as you aren't causing any harm, I'd say that you're free to explore any part of my body that you choose."
"Oh thank you Miss Fluttershy, thank you! I swear that I won't betray your trust!" You can't help but smile wide at the permission that Fluttershy has give you. This truly must be your lucky day. As you glance around the hallway again, a thought occurs to you. "Y'know Miss Fluttershy, I must say that I really wasn't expecting to stairs and hallways with metal doors inside a pony. It does make the tour a bit more interesting though."
"You can thank Princess Twilight Sparkle for that. She cast a spell on the other element bearers and we so that we can act as living fortresses to protect Equestria's citizens in case of an emergency."
"That does sound really cool, though I have to wonder safe of a fortress you would be if I could get to important parts of your brain before you were alerted to my presence."
"Actually, my body's magically enhanced immune system detected you the instant you touched the door in my ear, it just didn't consider you a threat because it scanned you mind and heart, determining that you're a good person. I eventually took personal notice of you when you started to near important sections of my brain. If you were considered a threat by either me or my immune system, armoured white versions of me made from my white blood cells pounce on you and either expel you from my body... or... they would destroy you." You gulp when she says this.
"Oh, well I guess the term "living fortress" is pretty accurate of a name with defences like that. It actually does seem really safe to me... and I'm sorry if I interrupted a pleasant dream."
"Oh don't worry about that, it was just a little dream that I've had many times before. If you want, I would be more than happy to give you a tour of my body while you're inside me."
"Thank you, Fluttershy." You say as you give a bow. "I accept your great and wonderful. I think I'll I'd like to start this tour off with..."
