You jump at hearing Fluttershy's voice. You try calm yourself as you her voice all around you again.
"Oh don't be frightened, little human. I would just like to know why you're in my body."
You let out a sigh, you've been caught; Fluttershy knows that you're inside her and lying would probably only make things worse, so the only real option you have left is to come clean.
"Well, I'm mage whose very interested in pony anatomy. I used a portal I had made to have me appear in a random part of Equestria in a tiny size. I don't mean any harm, I'm just really interested and curious. I promise!" You pray that Fluttershy isn't mad about this.
"Oh, that does sound interesting. Well, as long as you aren't causing any harm, I'd say that you're free to explore any part of my body that you choose."
"Oh thank you Miss Fluttershy, thank you! I swear that I won't betray your trust!" You can't help but smile wide at the permission that Fluttershy has give you. This truly must be your lucky day. As you glance around the room again, a thought occurs to you. "Y'know Miss Fluttershy, I must say that I really wasn't expecting to stairs and room like this inside a pony. It does make the tour a bit more interesting though."
"You can thank Princess Twilight Sparkle for that. She cast a spell on the other element bearers and I so that we can act as living fortresses to protect Equestria's citizens in case of an emergency."
"That does sound really cool, though I have to wonder safe of a fortress you would be if I could get to your brain's control room before you alerted to my presence."
"Actually, my body's magically enhanced immune system detected you the instant you touched the door in my ear, it just didn't consider you a threat because it scanned you mind and heart, determining that you're a good person. Also, something akin to a red light went off in my dream when you can to the top of the first set of stairs. It just took me a bit to work up the nerve to talk to you."
"Oh, that actually does seem pretty safe to me... and sorry if I interrupted a pleasant dream."
"That's nothing to really worry about... But this does give me an idea."

"All you would need to do is go inside that pony suit in the circle. It's empty when I'm not awake." You glance down at the bodysuit and notice something.
"Err... It looks...pretty small to me..."
"Oh don't worry about that, my friend. That suit will stretch to fit almost anyone..." Fluttershy's mental voice drops in volume slightly. "Though you may want to take your clothes off because of how tight it is..."
