You observed the Stallion walk on the town and toward the town hall, where he finds the assistant and secretary, Raven Inkwell.
"Can I help you?" She says to him.
"Yes, I'm here on behalf of Mrs. Rich."
"Oh, I take it is about expansion permission for the manor.." The male blinked.
"How did you know?"
"Well... this isn't the first time she came looking for expansion permission for her already big manor."
"I.. didn't know that she had already expanded."
"Weren't you here in ponyville 3 years ago?"
"Actually, I'm relatively new to the town." The Stallion revealed, "I'm from Marehatten, moved here less than a year ago for the job to work under her in her home." Inkwell nodded
"Ah yes, I think remember you know from that Welcome Party." The Stallion cringed at that, it was a sure surprise party as soon he moved to his new home in Ponyville. Admittedly he hoped to see that Party pony again, he won't mind plowing her fat flanks.
"Anyway, Can I see the Mayor?"
