Cream wanted Tails to explore her mouth first, which was an answer he sort of expected. Once Cream's mouth was open, Tails flew his ship forward past the teeth, and hovered around to let Cream get a good view.
"Cream, you need to resist talking, or your tongue might hit me," Tails warned.
Cream obliged, and kept her mouth open. Tails showed her how many teeth she had, and what they were shaped like. He also showed Cream her uvula, and the entrance to her esophagus. Tails decided to also show Cream where her saliva comes from, and set sights on the small opening underneath her tongue, leaving her in curiosity.
"So Cream," Tails began, flying out of her mouth and hovered in front of her. "Would you like me to explore your Ears, or do you want to see the inside of your stomach?"
