Blaze tells the two her choice.
"Maybe you should check my bowel movement. It's literally a pain in the butt."
Tails understood and told her that he would have to analyze her from the outside first before actually going in.
"The reason why," Tails continued, "Is because it will help us get the idea of how this symptom acts. And I don't know if Cream should watch though."
Cream wanted to help Blaze, but she knew that she should trust Tails when he says that phrase. So she waits in the living room until he is done. After she left, Tails began instructing Blaze on what to do with her body.
First, Tails felt Blaze's belly, in an attempt to feel anything going on inside her abdomen. He didn't bring his portable scanner so it was hard to figure everything out. Tails then asked Blaze some questions.
"So how long as this been happening and how often?"
Blaze replied, "It started four days ago, and it usually happens every three hours, so I have to use the bathroom eight times a day."
"Wow...that's a lot. It almost doesn't sound natural."
Tails then instructed Blaze to lie down on her belly so that he could check her behind, much to Blaze's embarrassment. Tails had to admit, she did have a nice butt...wait what is he thinking? Get back to work. Anyway, he felt around the cheeks much to his slight arousal, and found out two things: Her butt cheeks weren't as tight as some have said anymore, and that she had been clenching her anus the whole time since he arrived.
"Blaze, why are you clenching your anus like that," he asked.
"Oh...well...it's because of a side effect my bowel movement has on me. It gives me gas," she replied.
"Can you show me how powerful it is? It could tell me how much is in there."
Blaze reluctantly understood and relaxed herself. She let out a very strong fart that lasted for ten seconds. Blaze sighed in temporary relief as Tails stood there processing what just happened. Finally, he concluded what was going on.
"Blaze, I'm done now. I'll be able to go inside and get rid of that symptom soon."
"Thanks, Tails. I'll be glad once-..." She felt and heard something in her abdomen. "Uh oh...Tails I need to use the bathroom, now!"
Tails suddenly told Blaze to wait, and explained that if she went in a bucket then perhaps he could find out exactly how much as in her...much to both's disgust. Tails go a bucket from...well somewhere, and brought it back into the bedroom, placing it under Blaze's rear. She noticed and squatted down over it, eager to rid her burden that keeps coming back.
Blaze let out a small fart before letting her anus spread open. Tails watched as her poop came out one after another without pause, and at a fast pace too. Some of the logs that were coming out were big enough to stretch Blaze's anus so much that it hurt. Eventually she was done, and she got out of her position, heading towards the bathroom for some toilet paper. Tails followed behind with the bucket.
"It went near the top, Blaze. Now I see what you mean by 'pain in the butt'."
"Please don't, Tails."
"Sorry."
Some time later, Tails and Cream were finally ready it go inside Blaze's butt. Once shrunk down, Blaze spread her hole open with her hands, allowing the duo to slip through with ease. Blaze could only wait now, so she decided lie down in her bed.
"Maybe you should check my bowel movement. It's literally a pain in the butt."

"Sorry."
Some time later, Tails and Cream were finally ready it go inside Blaze's butt. Once shrunk down, Blaze spread her hole open with her hands, allowing the duo to slip through with ease. Blaze could only wait now, so she decided lie down in her bed.
