The will victoriously hits the self-destruct button, freeing his mind from the nanobots.
Back in reality, Tails stops what he is doing and blinks a bit. He realized just how close he was to losing his friend; he also realized how impatient Lien-Da looked.
"Tails," she said, "I'm waiting. Are you gonna stick it in there or what?"
Tails had to admit, he kinda did want to do this again, but he had to get Cream out first. He decided to play along to keep suspicions low.
"As much as I want to, my queen," Tails acted, "can I please explore inside there for just one minute longer; I want my boner to reach it's peak for you, my love."
Lien-Da raised an eyebrow. The Tails she created would've just proceeded with the sex, but if he really wants the best for him...yes, she should allow that so her child can be the best for the new empire.
"Alright, Tails. You can stay in there for a little longer, but we continue right after this; no more setbacks."
Tails nods to show he understood, and Lien-Da uses his ship so he can shrink back down. Tails, after some convincing, flies the ship and parks near her vagina. He carefully goes inside. Once again his member becomes erect from what he sees. Soon he reaches Cream again; she had a scowl on her face.

Tails uses his hands to force open her egg encasement, helping her out. Somehow, by some miracle, he had done it. He prevented world catastrophe that he could've caused. His mind lingered back to Lien-Da, and remembered what she said. The fox turned to Cream.
"Cream, I need to to stay hidden in the ship; I've got unfinished business with Lien-Da."
The two leave the vagina and get inside the ship. Cream remained hidden under the control panel while Tails sat normally. They grew back to their full size surely enough, and Lien-Da smirked.
"Finally," she thought, "victory will soon be mine!"
Or so she thought.
Tails has a plan for payback. This particular one has two options:
Option 1: Have sex with her normally and have her find out the truth later.
Option 2: Use copies of the nanobots to make her lustful the same way she did it to him.
