Tails decided that he wouldn't want to lie to Cream's own mother. After all he just helped her. Tails spoke to Vanilla, "Well...the truth is...we aren't really in a cave. We are inside someone's body, like I did last year."
"Oh, interesting to know you're doing it again. How is it going?"
"It's alright, I just helped someone with her fertility problem...which is you."
Vanilla was left with no words. Tails had just fixed her fertility problem?? "Tails...I don't know what to say! Thank you so much!"
"He he, your welcome. I thought you would be mad at me, but I'm glad to see you aren't."
"You and Cream can continue inside of me as long as you don't mess with anything, okay?"
This time is was Cream who replied, "Okay, mom! We'll be careful."
"Goodbye, dear." And the screen went blank, leaving Tails and Cream to figure out what to do next.
"So...where now cream?"
