"I want to go to the chest, Tails!" Cream claimed. Tails understood and flew the ship through the tunnel and through the bloodstream to get there. Once they arrived, they saw a huge pink cavern-like area, with a white ocean below. The ship landed on an "island" allowing the duo to get out and look around.
"Wow, I didn't know mom had white water in her chest!" she said excitedly.
"That's actually milk, Cream. And this is actually once of her breasts." Tails explained.
"Milk?? Do all of us have some too? That would be cool!" Cream hoped.
"Um...not everyone, Cream. There are two kinds of us who don't have milk." Tails explained again, with Cream replying, "What are they?"
Tails then told Cream, "Boys, because they don't have breasts, and young girls, because their breasts haven't grown yet."
Cream was slightly upset that not everyone had milk inside them, but she was glad that she would get some years later. The two started looking around the place, mostly the milk. Cream asked Tails if she could taste the milk, with him replying yes. Cream then took a sip...
"Mmm, it tastes great! You should try this!" she said. Tails revealed that he already did a year ago. He also said that the milk was what she actually drank when she was just a baby. This made Cream think through her memories, and everything made sense now.
The two were ready to leave to go into another body part. Tails began thinking of Vanilla's fertility problem.
