Tails noticed that the snot has covered the entire floor of the nose; it was very deep and probably too sticky to get unstuck from as of now. After explaining the situation to his two companions, he suggested that the only way to get out is to let the sneeze happen. Tails, Cream, and Sally now wait patiently for their chance to escape.
As we zoom out of the nostril, Amy has been rubbing her now runny nose for a while, and it was still itching for her to give in. "Ugh, why is my *sniff* nose so runny?" she questioned herself, "It's like a faucet turned on in *sniff* there, and just when I was going to talk with Knuckles!" Amy suddenly felt her nose twitch violently; she couldn't hold it in anymore. "I...I think I...ah...ah...Ah..."
Inside, our microscopic crew were waiting for Amy to let them out. The team then heard the sound of Amy losing control of herself, until suddenly..."HHAAAAAACHOOO!" A wave of snot pushed them right out of the nostril, and are left dangling over the edge with the sticky mess acting as a rope.
Cream was scared, thinking that they were going to fall to the ground soon, but Sally tried to keep her calm. "It's going to be okay, Cream." she spoke to her, with a soothing voice that could make anyone relax. "Tails will get us out of here. Trust me, I know him like he was family to me." Meanwhile, Amy noticed her snot drooping out, and went to get a tissue. She went inside the bathroom, and began using the tissue to wipe the snot off, and Tails and his friends with it.
"Oh man," Tails said. "We might never get out of here if she blows her nose on us! What do I do!?" Panicking, he started the ship's engines; building thrust in hopes of breaking free from their trapped state. They were almost free when Amy was about to blow her nose...what happens next?
