Tails gave Sally a radio so that he can keep in contact with her, before going towards her frontal hole and entering inside. Sally even got a pleasurable feeling while he did so. Tails and Cream were flying through the cervix, with Cream watching in awe of how big it is from their size.
"So Tails, what do you think the problem is? she asked.
"Well, if it's in Sally, then we should try checking the ovaries, because that is how eggs are formed and if they can't get out..."
Cream understood and both of them went through the narrow entrance into Sally's uterus. It was like a huge pink cavern, but there was no time for sightseeing. That was when Tails' radio was contacting him...
"Hey Tails, how is it coming along in there?" Sally asked.
"We are checking your ovaries now, and it looks like...uh oh."
"What's wrong?"
"Both are shut tight, they won't open but I can fix that."
Tails got out of his ship and took a look at the openings, and saw that they can't open by themselves as of now, probably to to one of the medicines she took. Tails began taking some tools, and pulled both openings apart, and keeping them up for as long as they can. Tails watched as an egg finally came out and went into the fallopian tube.
"Sally, I was able to get an egg out of your ovary, and is now inside the fallopian tube, you two can try it now!"
"Okay, Tails, but you better hold on tight as it could get rough in there."
Tails and Cream both felt the womb shaking, showing that conception was about to begin. Cream asked if they will be alright and was told that as long as they are in the ship, nothing bad will happen to them. They both saw the cervix entrance open up, revealing Sonic's "tool" ans it sprayed out white liquid containing sperm, as they wriggled their way across the womb and headed for the egg. The two followed the sperm until they saw that one of them was able to touch the egg successfully.
"Sally! It worked!" Tails said on the radio. "You are pregnant!"
Tails heard Sally and Sonic were very excited as they were finally able to have a baby, and they thanked him for everything.
Sonic told Tails, "Sally says you and Cream can keep exploring her, lil bro. But be safe in there."
"Sonic, sometimes you worry too much," Tails jokingly replied.
"So, Cream. What now?"
