Tails and Cream shrunk down some more and flew into the deep brown canyon. They stopped and hovered around the entrance into Sally's butt, the anus. The two had to wait until the sphincter is more relaxed to open up again, so Tails decided to talk with Cream for a while.
"What do you think so far, Cream?"
Cream replied, "I think it's interesting! I never knew what that hole looked like up close until now!"
"Glad you are. I wouldn't continue if you weren't."
As we zoom out from the butt crack...
Sally was sitting down on the couch reading a book. She was wondering if she and Sonic will be able to have a baby at all. Maybe the sperm didn't make it, or maybe there is something not right. She knew if Tails were around he could figure out the problem, because she didn't want to stop trying despite her and Sonic's agreement. She decided to lie down on the couch and relax for a while. That's when the entrance opened up.
Tails and Cream flew their ship into the hole, causing it to instinctively close upon entering. The two looked around the walls of the rectum, as they appeared smooth and shiny...as if nothing happened in them for a long time.
"That's strange," said Tails. "My data reads that no activity has happened in her bowels for three days! She might be constipated or just slow movement."
"Well, what do we do," Cream asked.
"Let's travel further into the intestines and we'll see what's happening."
The two were ready to leave when Cream suddenly told Tails to wait for a moment.
"Tails...I think I have to use the bathroom."
"Right now?"
"Yes, I don't know if we should go on until I'm okay."
But once the two heard a grumbling sound from within the bowels of Sally Acorn, they knew that they can't stay for long. The waste in the intestines was slowly peaking out into the rectum, about the size of a soda can. Tails suddenly had a feeling of de-ja-vu.
"Tails I know that Sally can't hold it but I can't either! I have to go so bad!"
What does Tails decide to do?
