After thinking it through, Tails and Cream agreed on getting out by exiting Sally's butt. It would've been easier to go out through the vagina, but they already came in that way and didn't want to fire up Sally's arousal. Besides, they haven't explored the intestines yet so why not explore before leaving?
"But Tails," Cream added, "We're in the womb right now. How do we get to the intestines from here?"
Thankfully one of the now-destroyed ship's functions landed on the floor of the tube; it was a prototype Tails kept in case he needed it.
"My prototype," Tails stated while picking it up. "It should let us float through walls in order to get to unreachable places! Although...it only works once a day." Knowing what they have to do, Tails and Cream head to the back wall of the womb in preparation. "Oh, and Cream...remind me to warn the two about having a baby earlier than usual."
Turning the prototype on, Tails and Cream became transparent, allowing them to dash through the wall until they ended up in Sally's big intestine.
"We made it!" Tails exclaimed, but soon he heard a sound behind him. He didn't know what was happening but he was hoping Sally didn't need to...you know.
