"We need to be careful when exiting this way," he warned. "There's no telling what Sally'll do should she feel our movement."

The hallway was on a downward slope, meaning Sally must be in a sitting position at the moment. Above them is another hole, most likely leading to Sally's bladder.
Tails gulped, and he took his first step across the vagina with Cream shortly following suit. At there size, it took five minutes to get a fifth of the way across while trying to move as carefully as possible through the passage and around the white fluids. Only then did they stop when Cream asked a question.
"Can't you use your tails to fly us there, Tails?"
Tails thought about it, and replied with, "I guess I could. But at our size, I'm not sure if I can."
Cream sighed, disappointed. "Oh... okay." Cream had gotten distracted by the thought when they began walking again, causing her to trip on her own feet. If she lost her balance now, Sally might feel it. "T-Tails!"
"Huh? What's wrong, Cream?"
