There's many universes of the DC comic cartoons.
There's the DCAU, which is quite popular. It contains Batman: The Animated Series, Superman The Animated Series, Static Shock, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Batman Beyond, and The Zeta Project. It might also contain Teen Titans 2003, going by a few hints in both Teen Titans and JLU. It also has the movies Justice League vs the Fatal Five and (maybe) Batman & Harley Quinn.
There's also The Batman series, which has a Batman during his second or third year of being a hero.
There's Batman :Brave and the bold. This is a rather light-hearted series that's more of a love letter. How can you go wrong when Aquaman sings his rousing song of heroism?
And then there's Young Justice, which tends to hit its characters whim WHAM moments more so than the others and is kind of darker than the previously mentioned series.
