The Earth of this world has pretty much mantained contact with Toons, but since the incident literally almost two decades, they put Toon World on quarantine, they don't want to risk the same happening to Earth as Humans aren't immortal and needs males for the species continue existence.
Toons are immortal, they don't age unless they desire to age but also can deage if they desire it as well. The whole Male being missing hadn't affected them. They had tried to bring them back but it wasnt possible for some reason, they had done magical and technological but nothing.
Years afterward, the just accepted they won't be returning back..
As for humans visiting, it is extremely rare and almost exclusive to a select few but Toon come over to Earth is more common, Jessica was on Manhattan for a Toon-Human film.
As for you being here, the place was nice, always sunny and with good neighbors which were almost all exclusively women of many series old and new. Some of the women were really friendly... some... well way too friendly.
When you were jogging around to explore the neighborhood, some of the Toon Women greet you, nothing bad on itself, Like Lila Test, Nicole, Marge Simpson, Rita Loud but some, such Peg Pete, your landlady, went in some on checking on you on her lancy, balck underwear, more curvy and even her breasts looked much more large than what she appeared previously, swaying her wide hips as she walked. Dexter's Mom and Debbie tried similar tactic by offering you on going to a pool party on Dexter's home by appearing on their swimsuit, figure similary changed to be inciting to your eyes.
Toons could alter their appearance, that's a fact. Despite the attempts, however, no action came from it other than excite you and make you remember them but Peg stressed the words "You still own me some favors." refering the home she gave you.
