What happened after the meeting in their room and entering the Hinata Tea House was a bit of a blurr. You recalled Misato looking through your spellbook, you getting off the boat, meeting with some government people, getting a identity card, and signing some agreement to send your semen to the government every so often for some quick cash.

"Well, might as well greet your fellow tenants, unless you want to be hired as the landlord," Haruka said as she lit up a cigarette. "You any good at repairing and cleaning?"
"Yes, I had a part time job working with my dad at fixing up buildings. I can also use magic to speed it up," You answered. "What if I don't want to be Landlord?"
"Then I'd continue to be the landlord, but I also have to take care of the Tea House, so I won't be available all the time. so I might have you fix up stuff from time to time," Haruka answered.
Misato put a hand over your hand as she said, "Hey, don't worry! I'll be moving in with you!"
"But not in the same room," Motoko said. "As for me, I'll be around. You might see me, you might not."
'Yeah, you are sneaky like that,' You thought. "So... the tenants. Who are they?"
