Actually, You opted to head back to sleep, you wanted to sees Cream but you didn't wanted to face consequences from Vanilla if she suddenly gets involved without her concern. So instead you simply retreated back to your watery and cozy refuge within your mind, you looked up and notice that you were back inside of Vanilla's womb, you stretched your limbs a bit. Heh... that would be true if you were using the reincarnation spell and not infiltration spell but still, it wouldn't be ideal, you could upset Vanilla if her daughter got sexed by you, her unborn brother, in a dream, much less if you get her pregnant. That's a line you won't cross.
