You could:
1. Get inside Vanilla's body and enhance her breast milk to be so energy rich and nutritious that Cream doesn't need to eat anything else.
2. Fly down inside Cream's stomach and use your magic to help break down the milk for easy digestion.
3. Alter Vanilla's breasts so they have higher capacity, replenish faster and always feel full
