An hour has passed since your discovery within the recordings, you topped questioning it, it was surprisely easy to accept. It was imposible for the twins to be... well, twins and have none of their parents traits (Pumpkin might be forgiven of this since her coat and mane invoke more of Carrot's but Pound has nothing of them) and neither were Earth Ponies, which his disbelief during their debut make a bit more sense.
You were now around here exploring the facility and while going through some areas of the facility using the train system of it to go through the observatories, laboratories and lounges, exploring the organ through you heart contents and even messed around but not as extensively on the laboratories, made the organ produce more and even altered a bit his reproductive genes (more since that sperm you used as a ride was altering it's brethren in the other testis.) but otherwise, it was more of a futile endeavor since Carrot likely won't rut for a foal and you did more out of intrigue and boredom.
You found out the principal entrance which was connected mall sized in the vas deferent which contain an small yet equally deserted dome town but was completely close off from the 'outside.' You were unable to go through the rest of the body which was dissapointing as you wanted to go and explore more.
You returned once again to the facility on the balls proper and opted to wait until your magic recharge and leave-
"- I'm telling you Petri Dish, it is sad that he closed out this side of his body to visitors, it was one of the best areas."
"You know that you could go through others' bodies, right? Isn't like there is a shortage of Stallion... well more than its already."
"I know but here served the best Cakes and Sweets! I still have those fond memories when rewriting the necesaries strands of DNA Sequence here. It was an good idea to go back here instead of going into one of those stuffy nobles on Canterlot.. ugh! And since we're here, we should visit Rarity once more!" An giggle "You really should loose more, Petri, live a little! Maybe after this we could ask her some tips on to catch stallion outside of our jo-" She stopped upon looking at you, Petri followed her gaze then her eyes widen on looking at you.
