You hit on the suprisely spongy, yet slick ground, you were on a road illuminated by rows of light posts that goes from each side. Now, the main difference of a normal road in the middle of nowhere and this particular road.
For once, the road is a bulbous pulsing vein, the posts were virtually growth thin poles of flesh around the veiny road with glowing orbs on its end.
As for the place.
It was huge, pink fleshy landscapes that could easily have multiple cities, towns and settlement and still have space for more. The place divides into two humongous caverns that leads to separate sections and beyond, there were some small motes of light of civilization
From the opposite directions of the caverns, there was a tightly closed sphincter
There was a quite big sign next to it.
"Welcome to Twilight Sparkle' Womb! Enjoy Months long (or more) stay !" There was an addition below "Need visa for Ovaries."
Oh... so you were in Twilight's Heirmaker? That is interesting place to land into and a bit unexpected. The road-vein seems to go to a city, It was quite illuminated, complete with tall, colorful buildings and skyscrapers. It was in the very center of the womb.

"El Crepúsculo Nevado." ... Spanish name, Neva- part of it, the colorful signs of the buildings with being more obnoxious than other... was this version of Las Vegas or something?
