Well... This is interesting, Each cell looked exactly like Rarity; same (humanoid) body, style and color of mane and fur and face with the only difference were the bonnets' colors.
"Hi...?" You talked to initiate contact, the Rarities gasped

"Are you sure it is an "it"? it sounded masculine."
"Ladies? Yes, I'm masculine and I can hear what you all are saying." They tensed and looked at you with wariness cleat on their eyes.

"... You're a virus, aren't you?" One of them asked cautiously, the Red one.

"No? then what exactly are you?" The Blue One asked
"This milk lobule is directly connected to the Nipple's milk duct and you were resting directly on the entrance of this part of the mammary gland." The Yellow one explained, "Isn't that difficult to put one and two together."
Well... they're sharp ones "Alright, yes, I come from outside the body but I'm not a virus or a lethal illness, I'm a... explore." Well, that's close to the truth. The Cells looked at each other seemly still wary but then nodded. They seemed to buy it.
"Alright.." The Red one approached, she seems to be the leader "Who are you?"
"I'm a Human, from outside shrunken and somehow getting into your host's breaa- ehh Mammary Glands." You resumed in a nutshell.
"So.. you're just a shrunken alien?"
"...Pretty much.."
The Raricells started talking closely to themselves, you couldn't hear much as they were whispering, then they were over, they were smiling to you and came close to you.
"Welcome!" They all said at the same time as the red stepped forward "We Welcome you to our esteemed, generous and humble host, Rarity!" The cells cheered on that declaration but the Red one hadn't finished "We're Lipid Cells stationed in this sector of the Mammary Gland of our fabulous host, I'm RC-347 or Just Rary!"
"I'm RC-406, You may call me Rarie!" The Pink playfully winked as she said her name, she has a British accent
"Bonjour! I'm RC-298 or Rara if you prefer." The Blue One presented herself and bowed, She has a French accent
"Soy RC-024 but Just call me Rareza!" The Yellow one has a thick Spanish accent
"RC-572 or Rares for short." And lastly, the green one finished the presentation she has a Scottish accent
"So... Lipid cells right?"
"Yup!" Rary nods "As said before, we're lipid cells stationed in this particular sector in this Mammary Gland."
"I see... so what is this sector is?" This time, the pink took the conversation.
