Out of the corner of your eyeyou spotted the purplest princess on approach. Her expression was that of curiosity, and she wore a small disarming smile. Wanting to be polite, you turned around and walked over to greet her.
When you stepped up to her, for a moment Twilight's widened slightly at the shadow you cast over her, but that expression quickly vanished as she spoke.
"Hello, my name is Twilight Sparkle. It's nice to meet you"
You gave a short bow. "Hello Twilight, my name u s Anon. It's nice to finally meet you face to face, though I didn't expect the local princess to be so pretty."
Twilight's muzzle reddened at the compliment and looked away bashfully, but continued nonetheless. "Out of all the things to come home to. I never expected to meet a living breathing human in the flesh, especially one so... handsome. I hope you don't think me rude but there's a lot of questions I want to ask. Probably later, after the festival, if you don't mind."
"Not at all. I'd be happy to help, after th we festival is over," you congenially offered.
Twilight'd face brightened and she did a short giddy hop that made your heart melt. "Great! With that out of the way, I'd like to extend a hoof of welcome to Ponyville."
You reached out to shake Twilight'd offered hoof, before she continued, "You came to town at the best time of the year. I really love the sense of community that the Fertility Festival brings.Since you're new here, I would be happy to show you around, if you like."
