Night at the museum Furry Forces Face-off chapter 1 by Dealer07

Night had washed over the city, the buildings were closed and lights were off with all but the most insomniatic of citizens tucked away in their beds the perfect time for a heist. Within the furtropolis museum a new case had been recently been installed showing off a brilliant diamond, its shine giving the room its in a soft white glow in contrast to the various red lasers positioned around it all of them set to sound the alarm if disturbed.

A security guard sits in his office watching the cameras trying his best to keep his eyes awake during another silent night. Suddenly the silence is broken via a combination of footsteps rapidly growing in volume towards the room as the sound of flesh banging against metal could be heard from above. Suddenly a vent grate is kicked down onto the floor triggering the alarm bathing the room in red as the lights flash and sirens blare. A figured covered shadow dangles down them the vent aiming for the case and just reaching it as the door to the room is kicked open and and a weapon is pointed right at them.

As the stand off continues the lights stop flashing and rooms regular lights switch on revealing the two figures
