Val and Matty hovered for a few more moments above the treetops, the wind gently tugging at their long hair. The thrill of flight still buzzed in their veins, but the weight of what they had become pressed down on them. They were no longer the shy, quiet mother and son who endured bullying and humiliation in silence. Yet deep inside, that old insecurity lingered. The thought of anyone — especially the bullies downriver — seeing them like this made their stomachs twist.
“We should go home,” Val said softly, her voice still carrying that new, richer tone. “Quietly. No one can know about this. Not yet.”
Matty nodded, his pretty face serious. “Yeah… let’s hide it. At least until we figure out what to do.”
They landed gently beside the old, beat-up Toyota. The car looked even smaller now next to their towering, muscular bodies. Val tried to open the driver’s door normally — but her fingers accidentally crushed the handle into a twisted lump of metal with a loud crunch. She winced.
“Oops…” she whispered, cheeks flushing bronze. “Too strong.”
Matty reached for the passenger door and pulled it open far too hard. The entire door groaned, hinges bending, nearly ripping off. He froze, eyes wide. “Sorry! I didn’t mean to…”
They looked at each other and couldn’t help giggling nervously. Controlling their super strength was going to be much harder than they thought.
After a few careful attempts, they managed to squeeze inside. The car creaked dangerously under their combined weight. Val’s massive thighs barely fit behind the wheel; her pecs pressed against the steering wheel, making it hard to turn. Matty sat hunched, his broad shoulders brushing the ceiling, knees almost touching his chin. Every movement felt exaggerated — when Val turned the key, the ignition groaned louder than usual. When she shifted gears, the stick bent slightly in her long-nailed fingers.
The drive home was tense and comical. Val gripped the wheel too tightly at first, leaving deep finger-shaped dents in the plastic. Matty accidentally crushed the seatbelt buckle when he tried to buckle up. Every bump in the road made the suspension protest loudly. At one point Val sneezed — a soft, feminine sound — and the resulting gust of super-breath fogged the entire windshield and rocked the car sideways.
“¡Perdón!” she exclaimed, quickly rolling down the window with fingers that left imprints on the crank.
Matty kept accidentally flexing his biceps whenever he got excited or nervous, causing his makeshift loincloth to shift dangerously. He kept tugging it back into place, blushing deeply. “This is so weird… I keep feeling like I could accidentally break everything.”
By the time they reached their rundown apartment building on the edge of Havenridge, both were exhausted from the constant effort of holding back. Val parked the car as gently as she could, but the tires still sank deeper into the cracked asphalt than normal. They slipped out carefully, trying not to crush the door handles again, and hurried upstairs using the stairs instead of the elevator — afraid the old lift wouldn’t survive their weight.
Inside the small apartment everything felt miniature. Val accidentally snapped the light switch when she flipped it on. Matty sat on the couch and the wooden frame immediately cracked and sagged under him. He jumped up quickly. “Sorry, Mamá!”
Val smiled softly, placing a gentle (but still too heavy) hand on his shoulder. “We’ll learn to control it, mijo. Together. For now… we act normal. No one can suspect anything.”
They spent the rest of the evening trying to behave like their old selves. Val cooked dinner, but kept accidentally bending utensils and crushing garlic cloves into paste with the slightest pressure. Matty helped set the table, but the plates clinked dangerously loud when he placed them down. They ate slowly, talking in quiet Spanish and English, careful not to raise their voices — afraid a laugh might shatter a window.
Yet beneath the surface, the new power hummed. Every breath reminded them of their colossal muscles. Every glance in the cracked mirror showed their beautiful, superhuman bodies. The old shyness was still there… but something darker, more confident, and hungrier was slowly waking up.
As night fell and they sat together on the damaged couch, Val turned to Matty.
“What do we do tomorrow, cariño?”
How the story continues:
Option 1: The next morning at school and work, they struggle hard to hide their powers while facing their usual bullies and harassers. Their patience begins to wear thin as the dark side inside them starts to push forward.
Option 2: That same night, alone in the apartment, they secretly begin testing and exploring their new powers and bodies in private, slowly giving in to their hidden narcissistic and dominant fantasies.
