Laura gently picks Edna up Revenge of the Geek Gal chapter 12 by copier · original author: tarlokka

Considering how large she was now, Laura was surprisingly skilled at plucking her daughter from the ground. Edna yelped as she was rapidly raised upwards and then deposited into her giant moms palm.

"Just look at you, such a puny thing." Laura rumbled in a slightly mocking tone. While she loved her daughter, she just couldn't get over how pathetic Edna looked, cowering in her palm.
Laura felt a rush as she realized just how much power she now had over people. I could just crush her, Laura thought, I could just toss her into my mouth and swallow her alive.

Edna didn't appreciate the way her mom was looking at her. She felt so insignificant, more so then when her mom was just 200ft tall.

Laura was silently, and happily, lording her power over Edna when a thought crossed her mind. The thought was so random, so insignificant, and yet there it was.

"I married someone called Dirk." Laura cringed internally.

The goddess was broken from her thoughts by movement in her palm. Edna was waving at her.

"Oh right, you." Laura said as she turned her attention on her daughter again.

"So what are we gonna do now?" Edna asked her gigantic mother. "Do we keep looking for him or...."

Laura thought for a moment. She assumed that if her ex was nearby he would have seen her by now and hightailed it out of there. But how far could her really get? she wondered. Of course there was no guarantee she'd pick the right direction to search for him.
But then Laura was smart, much smarter than Dirk. She was where Edna had gotten all her intelligence from.

The towering goddess knew where Dirk would probably go, despite it being the obvious place to look for him.
"Idiot" she snorted.
Dirks family owned a run down cottage in the middle of nowhere, further north. The complete moron would likely think he would be safe from her there.

"Lets go find your "dad" then." Laura told Edna.

But before she could start walking, they heard sirens. Sirens that were heading in their direction. It seemed someone had finally noticed the giant woman.
