After the meal Meena and her mother clean up and the three of you head to the living room. They sit down and Meena places you on her lap. You look at the massive legs that stretch out before you and then up at the giant bat that they belong to. Meena looks down at you and smiles. Her mother breaks the silence and starts a conversation.
"So, tell me how the two of you got together. I've been trying for what seems like forever to get Meena to settle down with a man." she says. You and Meena have a brief panicky moment as you try to come up with a story. "Well, I moved into the neighborhood and wanted to meet my new neighbors." you tell her. "Me and Meena got acquainted and something just clicked." The older batwoman seems to accept this. "Well I'm glad she found someone so nice." she says. "And you're just the cutest little guy!" she adds as she rubs your head with her finger. Meena swats her mothers hand away, causing her to chuckle. She gives the two of you a smile.
Meena's mom then leaves the room and tells the two of you she'll be back. When she's gone, Meena breathes a sigh of relief and brings you to her face. "Thank you! Thank you!" she whispers and covers you in kisses. You wipe yourself off, but still enjoy the attention. Truth be told, you're kind of enjoying this whole thing. At that moment Meena's mom returns with something in her hand. What is it?
