Molly stared in awe and wonder at what she was able to see.
A highly advanced-looking civilization with almost shiny-looking skyscrapers in what she assumed to be major cities. There were even massive towers that looked like they were able to house millions on their own with high-speed trains connecting said towers. There were flying vehicles everywhere, literally looking like they came straight out of some sci-fi show/movie Molly vaguely remembered watching, filling the sky and transporting the locals and cargo to their destinations.
She even saw various areas filled with deserts, grasslands, and forests that somehow lived in harmony with the cities as well as many beautiful ancient-looking buildings that were probably like those old civilizations Molly studied in world history.
Even if the designs were a lot curvier than what she was formally used to back on Earth, Molly couldn't help but admire, and feel her excitement grow.
She found actual aliens! And they were thriving on this planet.
Then Molly became curious about what these aliens looked like, "Well, might as well take a look and see-"
She cut herself off when she noticed something: The planet may be thriving, and yet despite the number of flying vehicles, she felt as though the whole world was under extreme tension. Then Molly noticed something else in the corner of her eyes that did not look like they were on the planet. Scaling back her enhanced vision to get a better view, she was surprised when she saw a fleet of spaceships heading toward her!
"How did I miss them?" She wondered in disbelief.
It was a stark contrast to how behind Earth was when humans launched rockets while these aliens were able to build real spaceships in quantity for whatever roles they were needed for.
Still, Molly gulped at the prospect that she was going to make first contact!
Oh if only it were in better circumstances and likely, she realized, not scaring the hell out of the entire alien species once they noticed the unbelievably massive alien on their "doorstep".
Molly watched the tiny (to her) alien ships slowly approach her and,
